Biography

Paul began work in Bolton as a sports coach with Bolton College in 1981, working with the long term unemployed and young people with disabilities. He joined the Council's Leisure Services department in 1987 as a Sports Development Officer and gradually worked his way up through the ranks to become Head of Sport Services in 2003. Paul will ‘celebrate’ 25 years of working with local Bolton sports groups, clubs, schools, groups and individuals - and various partner agencies and organisations, in November 2006.
