Biography	Mike won the National Schools final with Canon Slade in 1989 and played for England Juniors in 1991 aged 17, being voted the best player on that team at a tournament in Holland. From there he played National League Division One basketball making the All Star Team in 1995, playing for the Bury Wildcats. Mike is still heavily involved in basketball at coaching level and coached the Bolton Youth Games boys team in 2004 and 2005 on and continues to play local league, with the aim of setting up a National League team.
