Biography	Dave is a retired teacher who has worked in schools' football for over 30 years. An FA coach, he has managed Bolton Schools' FA Town Teams, Greater Manchester County SFA teams and ESFA North West sides winning, County, Regional and National Titles. He has worked with International Squads at all levels. In the mid 1980's he coached at the Bolton Wanderers' Centre of Excellence. As an administrator, Dave has been Honorary Secretary of Bolton Schools' FA for 25 years and has been Chairman of Greater Manchester County SFA three times and is Chairman Elect for 2007-08. He was a member of the English Schools' FA Council from 1995-2004. A member of the FA Disability Advisory Group, he has officiated as senior timekeeper/scorer in over 40 Blind and Partially sighted International fixtures including European and World Championship Cup Finals and was invited to officiate at the 2004 Athens Paralympics Games. Dave now works part time for Manchester United in their Academy.
