Biography	David opened his karate club at Eatock Primary School in Daisy Hill, Westhoughton in November 1997. He taught students from the ages of five to 60 until he passed away in 2002 at the age of 33. The club continues in memory of David under the instruction of his sister Sensei Jeanette Moulton with all proceeds donated to Christies and Bolton Hospice.
