Biography	Frank Hart BEM was a founder member of Horwich Cycling Club in 1934. He was a keen racing cyclist and won many events. Frank extended the benefits of cycling by organising and running the child proficiency training in conjunction with Horwich Town Council. Frank was involved in the local community and in 1967 he was awarded the BEM for his services. In 2000, after his death, he was honoured with ‘Man of the Century’.
