Biography	In 1905 Walter Lord invited walkers to join him in a ramble from Horwich to Belmont. Following this Bolton CHA Rambling Club was formed and Walter was General Secretary for the following 52 years. He also founded Bolton HF Rambling Club. Both are still flourishing in Bolton with approximately 300 members each.
