Biography

Steve began training at 18 in a sport that was unknown and has been training and teaching the art of Muay Thai since 1980. He has won four British titles at middle-weight, the latest in 2005 at the age of 43. In 2004 he was awarded Instructor of the Year by Master Sken, the top Thai Boxing instructor in the world. He has run his own club in Horwich, Horwich Kickboxing Studio, since 1995 placing equal emphasis on sporting excellence and respectful demeanour of its students, particularly the junior members.
