Biography	Billy represented Bolton Wyresdale AFC as player manager and committee man since the 1970s. He is a legend at the club for being the only person who could referee and play during the same match – something Billy was called upon to do when officials did not turn up for a fixture. He is now a trustee of the club, watching over its assets which he helped to build for so long.
