Biography	Bolton Hockey Club Ladies 1st XI has been in existence since 1998. The club gained promotion four times in its first seven years. In the 2003-2004 season they completed a historic treble with a 100 per cent winning record. Their titles include Greater Manchester Division One Cup Winners and League Winners and EHA Vase Winners – a national competition in which they beat opponents from all over England. In the 2004-2005 season they gained promotion into North Hockey Association Division One, a mere two divisions off competing in the national leagues. With this promotion they became the highest ranked hockey team in Bolton.
