| Biography | Bob has been an official of the Bolton District Snooker League since 1962, and been secretary since 1976. He is also the North West Secretary for the sport, an area covering Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Bob has been Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Body, England Team Manager at home and abroad, and England's representative at world snooker meetings. |
